If you want to use a keyboard combination with the FTW Transcriber, such as using CTRL-G to point to the FTW Transcriber's default timestamp key, which is F9, use this page to create a script for that purpose. The process is fairly simple but the steps must be followed carefully. First you must download and install AutoHotKey, which is small and quick to install. Download it from here and double-click it to install. Then carefully follow the instructions below, which will create an .ahk file. Download the .ahk file, and, using the guidelines at the foot of this page, place that .ahk file in the appropriate folder on your computer.
